From the moment you enter the front gate you can feel the peaceful serenity of your very own island paradise. Set a bit off the road, a low sloping roof line, wide overhangs and wrap-around lanai give the home an island flair, but the landscaping and ornamentals are subtly Japanese. Take a leisurely stroll through the large front yard on a stone path as it gently winds through the flowering shower trees around the tranquil Japanese Zen rock garden and over the peaceful rock-lined pond with its bubbling waterfalls. An arched bridge leads to the home's elegant entry.
Inside, the home is comfortable and airy, with a soaring exposed-beam ceiling and lots of skylights in the spacious living room. The decor, as well as the design, is clean and simple throughout. Detail is meticulous, colors relaxing, textures soft and inviting. Enjoy a casual island/Southwestern motif with tropical twists such as palm trees that curve from the floor.
